Since La Casa del Abuelo was founded in 1906 up until the present, four generations of the same family have cherished and conserved the establishment’s traditions. The same dishes have been offered in the same dining rooms since the restaurant opened. Consequently, La Casa del Abuelo, one of the emblematic taverns of Madrid, has become an essential part of any visitor’s trip to the capital.
